RV, Trailer & 5th Wheel Installation
Full battery installation and wiring for RVs, 5th wheels, trailers, and other rigs — done right, with high-quality components and wiring that's fire-safe and done right. Not just a quick swap: a complete system built to last.
High-Quality Components
We don't cut corners on parts. Proper-gauge wire, quality lugs and connectors, real fuses and disconnects — components sized and rated for the job, not the cheapest option available.
Fire-Safe, Done Right
Proper fusing, correct wire sizing, and clean terminations aren't optional extras — they're how we build every system. Done right the first time means it's safe to live with.
You'll Understand Your System
We walk you through how your system works after it's installed, and many customers work alongside us during the build itself — so you understand your setup end to end, not just how to turn it on.
What We Install
From a single battery swap to a full lithium conversion with inverter, charging, and transfer switching — we handle the complete installation and wiring, sized for your rig and how you use it.
RV & Trailer Builds We've Done
RV Whole-Coach 3000W Build
A 12V RV build sized to run the entire coach — a 3000W Renogy inverter, a 900Ah LiFePO4 bank across three 300Ah batteries, a 100A charging system, dual AC transfer boxes, distribution bars, and heavy Temco cable throughout.
Japanese RV Upgrade
A 12V power system upgrade for a Japanese-import RV — a 300Ah Bluetooth battery, distribution bars, a safety switch, a Renogy 2000W inverter with transfer switch, a 55A LiFePO4 charger, and an AC transfer box, all fit into the coach's under-floor compartment.
VW Van Conversion
A 12V power system build for a classic Volkswagen van conversion — a 200Ah Bluetooth BMS battery, an EPEVER MPPT solar charge controller, a Renogy 20A DC-DC charger, a Renogy 1000W inverter, and a Blue Sea fuse block, all wired into the van's cabinetry.
