E-bike battery won't charge? Before you spend hundreds on a new pack, bring it by. We'll take a look and see if we can bring it back to life.
Dead Doesn't Always Mean Done
One of the most common reasons an e-bike battery "dies" is simply that it sat too long and drained itself too low — over the winter, in the garage, or after one too many rides to empty. When the voltage drops far enough, the battery's protection circuit shuts the pack off and the regular charger won't recognize it anymore.
In a lot of those cases the cells are still fine. They just need a careful, controlled kick from a bench power supply to bring the voltage back up to where the charger will take over again.
We Take a Look
We check the pack's voltage and condition to figure out whether it's just deeply discharged or something more serious.
Recover & Recharge
If it's a candidate, we bring it back up slowly with a bench power supply until your charger recognizes it again.
Honest Answer
If the pack has bad cells or other damage, we'll tell you straight so you can decide on repair or replacement.

Not every battery can be saved. Cells that have sat dead for a very long time, been damaged, or simply worn out may be past recovery. We can't promise a fix — but we'll take a look and let you know what we find.
